Lazy Service! Horrible customer service! I called in and I was told ""..I can tell your mad, so I am going to hang up the phone. You wouldn't want me to say something you may regret and we'd never finish your car."" Completely Disrespectful. No matter how bummed you are that your only car isn't ready (FOR TWO WEEKS! OVER SCHEDULED ETA) you never tell a customer somthing like that. I was floored. I am now on my second week without my car from an 8 hour job. I wouldn't send my worst ememy here because no one alive deserves this treatment. In this day in age, you one have item that keeps a service shop open: Customer Loyality. Apparently, they've never received that memo. -Disappointed in Duluth
