I'm a tough case.... medication, travel, 5-star retaurants to tempt me, no time.... but what I have learned about myself by working with Gregg is amazing. What's more amazing is how un-embarrassed I can be with him when I don't do my part, yet I'm keenly aware of it :).
Pros: Success is celebrated, and slips are gently redirected.
Cons: I don't have time to go 4 times a week regularly.
