My Thai friend told me about the meaning of the name Gindi Thai, which by the way means to eat well, when he brought me to this serene and clean Thai-sushi place. It's not a Zen decor nor they try to be. The interior is casual, fun and lively. I said to myself that I have to find out what they put in the staffs' food or drink that make them smile all the time ;) I found the answer after I tried the first bites of its special fantastic bites. It's a lettuce wrap with roasted coconut, cashew nuts, shrimp, lime skin and other stuffs which I don't remember but it's really good. Each bite brings a new flavor to my palate, wow so fantastic. I also tried Pad Thai, a basic dish but very flavorful. The noodle was cooked to the right tenderness not too soft and not too hard. The dessert of mango and sticky rice was heavenly. I am in love with this place and I sure will go back many times again.
