I've only had it a month, and I'm already contemplating going without television service in my apt, and getting rid of my landline. I have the triple play package with cable, internet service, and digital phone, and the only thing that's worked consistently has been the internet service. I can't ever get through to customer service without waiting 40 mins, and the website doesn't provide helpful information for subscribers, especially when it comes to troubleshooting problems and viewing billing statements.
Pros: I spoke to one customer service agent who was nice.
Cons: Service is sporadic; website isn't helpful; phoning customer service will take up your lunch hour, and then some (and you will need to call customer service--trust me)
