I just moved from Chicago, and I am extremely excited to find a bakery of this quality in Lincoln . Their bread is amazing and the pastries are perfectly flaky. My wife has spent a lot of time in Paris and has not had bread this good since she has been back. I highly recommend the pizza crusts and baguettes.

Cons: has a very modern open feel that isn't ""cozy.""
