I went in for my consultation. I was never quoted a direct price over the phone, she also didnt want me to use my own hair ( she says she gets the highest quality hair you can find) I paid almost $400 and there was a huge lump on the top of my hair when I left. On top of that it was comming out four days later. While I was there customers were calling in and she would not quote them a specific price for a service she just said ""it starts at"" $200 then she would laugh when she got off the phone. Unless you have hundreds of dollars to spend every two weeks this is not the salon for you. She was highly unprofessional, cunning and I looked like a clown when I left. The sad thing is when I went to another stylist to get my hair done, they immediatly knew where I was before without me telling them her name. I am embaressed to say I allowed her to hustle me out of my hard earned money. You will have to sign a contract and pay a deposit. She had me find pictures during my consultation but when I got to the appointment she had no clue of what I wanted. Please Beware, I read the comment before I went to my appointment and figured it was just nagging customer complaint... I should have taken heed. Please pay attention to this, I dont want anyone to be made a fool of like I was.
Pros: it is next to another salon for them to fix what she destroys
Cons: Overpriced, lack of quality, unprofessional, a straight hustler!
