I first ate at China Buffet a couple of years ago. The food was not fresh and I didn't go back until recently. They have vastly improved; the food is fresh, it is good and there is an unending variety. They even have several Japanese items such as sushi. It is very good and, for the price, you can't do better. My only complaint is that they are a bit slow in presenting the check.
