ATX Bootcamp is a great way to work out. I started back in October '06 and I saw such great results I've done seven sessions so far. The trainers are awesome, they are really focused on making sure that everyone (no matter their fitness level) gets a good workout. The people at camp are a great support system and really help me keep focused on my weight loss goals.
Pros: Great workout and Excellent support!
Cons: Sometimes the morning class is crowded at the start of the sessions
