I have raging curly hair with stubborn gray areas. Michelle addressed ""my issues"" with ""my hair"" with the utmost confidence. I came to her with a cut that was not working for me, she was honest with her assessment of hairstyle and color that would be best for me and I believe she has the ability to apply this knowledge to all her clients and their unique requests. After leaving the salon with my new hair, I received WOW! compliments everywhere I went. People could tell that I had been to the salon, it's not like it took a week for someone to notice that something was different. She was willing to accommodate my busy schedule so that I can look my best on any day or a special occasion. Michelle ROCKS! in my book.
