We had a ""favorite"" television set that, in its day, was ""top of the line."" Recently, two of our favorite features wouldn't work; namely, picture on picture and infrared headphones. The television also was taking longer and longer to come on. After much discussion with the manufacturing techs, we found that they couldn't fix the set, so we were pretty much giving up on it.
