This is the best workout experience I've ever had (it's been a while since I've seen my teens and I've explored many workouts along the way). The staff is friendly, attentive and professional. The atmosphere is supportive. The place is clean and the variety of exercises grabs my interest for the entire hour. I just started working out again, after 7 years of procreating in a rather rapid pace. Needless to say, I have a gazillion pounds to lose, and I pretty much forgot the concept of what tight muscles feel like. Being so out of shape, I was afraid to start working out again. A while back, I joined a well known health club, but found that I was too intimidated to go. At Circuiteworks, the trainers are supportive, motivating and non judgemental. It is like working with the best trainers for a fraction of the price. Classess are intimate and the other participants are approachable (everyone sweats so there is no room for attitude). I lost 4 pounds after the first week. I have to say that more importantly, I have just have so much more energy and zest! So much so, that I was moved to write my first online review on Citysearch :-)
