Bearing tickets for Shrek 3, myself, my husband, and my daughter disembarked from our vehicle and prepared to enter the theatre...only to be denied by a horrible employee, safely escounced behind the glass of the ticked taking window. She delighted in with-holding us entry, and laughed at my daughter's tears, as she pointed at her and made rude, cruel, and callous comments about her sorrow to her fellow co-worker.
Pros: Nothing.
