The first time Merry Maids came out to clean my condo, they missed a lot of things that I specifically asked them to clean, such as: cleaning the inside of the oven, fridge shelves, cabinet faces, taking out bathroom trash, dusting ceiling fans, dusting picture frames and on top of furniture, and more. The sales rep was apologetic and scheduled a re-clean on the next business day, which was rescheduled because the maid had called in sick. When they finally came to do the re-clean, they still missed things such as the cabinet faces, left chunks of dust on my living room floor from the ceiling fan, and left one of my kitchen chairs in the middle of the living room. I feel totally ripped off. I would not recommend Merry Maids to anyone.
