We had a service contract on our printers around the office from Data-Max. $200 for service per year on all our printers sounded like a great idea, however you need to BEWARE!!! Under this contract, Data-Max makes you buy all your toner and parts through them. We noticed they were adding maintenance kits to printers that they just put them on 4 weeks prior. We found out they were adding parts to machines when they were not ready to be changed out and then charged us for that part. Bad Business Ethics!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
