This was a pretty horrible experience. My car got a small dent in the rear quarter panel. Nothing big. Sterling was recommended by my insurance agency. To minimize the time we were withouout a car my wife took it in for an evaluation and had them order the parts before we delivered the car for repairs. Right away I knew they were padding their timeline when they said it would be two weeks for the actual repair (I have some familiarity with type of work and estimated it generously to be about 20 manhours of work).
Pros: Most of the staff was friendly, the final repair was good (but only after I complained) and they cleaned my car nicely
Cons: Constant unkept promises: even simply returning a phone call; tried to pass off a bad repair; double original well-padded timeline
