This 66-year old wimpy non-athletic woman started training with Ashley two years ago, and then added Lynne, to my weekly regime. What a difference my life has become. From 5 minutes on the treadmill with painful legs and hips to my new goal of walking 19-minute (now painfree) miles (with surgery to increase bloodflow in my legs along the way), my two very smart trainers have helped me to change a lifetime of bad habits. Endurance, flexability, core and strength training are all in the very pleasant mix. And all the staff at Diakadi makes me feel welcome.
