Christine is extremely knowledgeable on every phase of hair - cuts, style, colors, etc. - not pushy, and very diplomatically lets you know if what you think will look good, won't. You end up thinking it was your idea to begin with, and SHE'S RIGHT all the time. My grey hair never looked better once I started going to her. She is an easy-going, happy, energetic, or quiet conversationalist all rolled into one person - whatever your mood is, she latches on to it and goes along with what you want or need.
