I love chinese food, and have lived all over this country. One of my favorite dishes is the aforementioned Mongolian Beef. I have looked all over my general area (Dearborn, Westland) with little sucess on finding this dish the way I preferred it prepared. Looking for a new chef, I ventured to this board and it's recommendation as to "top" dining Chinese in the Detroit area.
