Takes 2 has a different approach to fitness. I've been working out there for over 3 years, and I've been around long enough to see the consistency of their approach. While the trainers there can certainly bulk you up if that's what you want, you won't normally see a "hulk" type person there. They focus on total fitness for the body, fat reduction and muscle mass increase, a healthy lifestyle, and extremely good personal training - which - by the way - is something they take very seriously. I've found the trainers and staff to become friends who really know me; they are not just fitness guides, but people who are there to enhance your life.
