Mina's menu a wide variety of traditional mexican fare as well as delicious original dishes of seafood and mexican bbq (the celebrated Cochinita en Piedra put this restaurant on the map, and it's well worth driving out of your way for). Too many fantastic dishes to list, so I suggest return visits to try them all. Don't let the colorful and unpretentious digs fool you. This place serves up first-rate fare, prepared with care. Great drinks and a salsa bar with fresh-made salsa for every palate.
