I?ve been a procrastinator all my life. I?m self employed and would typically procrastinate to the point of awful ramifications. I felt lazy and I was starting to lose money because I spent the day downloading music and checking myspace instead of doing any work. I would threaten myself about making changes and getting on the ball, but they were empty threats and I just ended up wasting more time doing things that weren?t productive. I felt out of control and stressed beyond belief. My procrastination seemed like it was going to spiral out of control and I knew that I needed help.
I heard about Laura on citysearch, but I had some concerns about using hypnosis. I didn?t know anything about it and had only seen those comedy acts where people were clucking like chickens. I called out of curiosity and when I talked to Laura, she set my mind at ease.
Now I work when I want to work instead of putting it off until later. I?m happier and I don?t waste so much time. I feel less stressed and get a lot more done. It?s been a lot easier to change my behaviors because I?m constantly reminded of what I need to be doing.
I have confidence that in the future I?ll continue to stay accountable to myself and stick to a better schedule. The best thing about the process for me has been being able to put things into perspective on where I am now and where I want to be in the future. It?s motivating me to do the work and have those accomplishments. I would recommend A New Day Hypnosis to anyone who has problems with procrastination because I?ve really benefited from it. I?m a harder worker now and I?m confident that I?m smarter about things and that I?ll continue to be successful and stay on top of my responsibilities.
