Maid Your Day did NOT Make My Day!! They were supposed to arrive at my house at 9am, and never showed up. I waited for them, and never received so much as a phone call. I called the manager, Tapp Palmer, who did not return my phone calls, but finally got in touch with me that night via TEXT MESSAGE!! He promised to send a crew out the next morning, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Again, I was late for work, and again, they failed to show up. After leaving several messages with Mr. Palmer, he finally contacted me that afternoon - again, via TEXT MESSAGE (which is not my idea of customer service). He said that despite the promise he had made the previous day, they were just too busy to come out to my house. I would NOT entrust my house key with Maid Your Day...
