Everyone at Artistic Hair is very friendly and down to earth. If you are a new client they try and spend extra time with you and maybe even a consultation before they will do your hair, because that is just how professional they are. The hairstylist are highly trained and attend seminars all year. You can go in there knowing that they are keeping up with the most recent technology. So if you call there and they ask you questions about your hair prior to your appointment, it could be that they are just very experienced and always want to do the best for your hair and their clients. So it is not that anyone there is a DIVA but that they are all professionals and care deeply about what is best for their clients. I have been going to Tracy at Artistic Hair for over 20 years and yes only my hairdresser knows how really grey I am. Diane
