As a woman in her 40's, I was through with the gym scene, especially bouncing around in aerobic calsses.
Then a friend introduced me to the Nia classes at Spectrum Club in Rolling Hills. Now I'm hooked.
The classes are all about movement & expression, without any complicated steps. I never thought excercising for one hour could be so much fun!
