This store's manager providing conflicting and inaccurate information regarding the receipt of a part and literally yelled at me when I called for status of receipt -- after five days past the date the part was promised to be provided. My husband -- upon his initial call for the status of the part on the day we were initially told it was to arrive -- was cut off and advised "Why are you even calling?" This store's manager is the most unprofessional I've ever experienced in my 45 years and this manager should get out of the business. My husband as a contractor had worked with the former Folsom store and the S Street store and no problems. The problem is with this store. If anyone has any comments on this store's manager similiar to the situation I've described, please provide to me. more
