Like all kinkos, you should only go there if all you need is self-service. At this kinkos, I was putting together an important legal document the last time I went there. An elderly woman was making a lot of photocopies, and because none of the kinkos people would help her, she kept asking me her questions. When I was done, I asked one of the Kinkos people where I could find a two-hole punch, required for all court filings. They did not have one in the store, and did not seem to think that was a big deal.
