When I first moved to Louisville, I looked up a bunch of different vets and finally settled on Shively because of all the praise it got. When I finally took my dogs and cat I was happily surprised at the low cost. A few months later I acquired a Boxer puppy that I was planning to show. I took her to Shively to get her ears cropped. The surgery when fine, but the aftercare was terrible. During the two weeks my Boxer had the E-Collar and post-surgery bandages on, she managed to shake loose the frame that was holding her ears up. I called Shively to make sure that was normal and the answer I got was a rude and unfeeling "Yes, it's fine."After the post-surgery bandages came off, my Boxer still had to wear a frame to train the ears to stand. I took her back once a week for a reframe and not once did I see the vet, I did not get any information about the progress and the worst part was the fact that they shoved my 4 month old puppy into a kennel and forgot about her for 2 hours while I was w
