The vets did a fine job. It was the staff who worked upfront that disappointed me. When I was picking up my dog a woman at the desk began to tell me what was basicly my worst dream come true. She said that my dog had a serious leg problem and the cost was going to be around $2,000.00. I thought to myself, "My god I have to put my dog down because I can't afford several thousand dollars to save his life!" I was devasted. A few minutes later she tells me I was the wrong customer, it was not my dog. Nonetheless, the emotional rollercoaster ride and her lack of even noticing what she had done to me was irritating. Other things occured as well that I won't get into from the ladies up front.
