The customer service here is horrific. I bought a beautiful dress for sale, off the rack, in a size much too large for my petite self because I was assured the seamstress could alter it for me. That was a joke. I had to tell her the obvious, that the bust was way too big still and that the proportions of the size 12 dress were completely off for me, a size 0. Each new alteration was going to be a new charge, which would have ended up costing a fortune. They did nothing to rectify the situation and the manager, Tim, was unhelpful, deceitful, and completely impossible to have a rational conversation with. Two of the sales girls were very sweet and kind, but I had a negative impression of the overall staff. They were only into making a buck and customer satisfaction was null and void. Save yourself headache and heartache and shop elsewhere.
