The owner owes everybody money including his 2 brother inlaws hundreds of thousands of dollars,including the cook county property taxes ,his property has gone into default from delinquint taxes that were not paid for the last three years.the people who paid a percentage of the taxes last year will take ownership of the building if he is not reimbursed by july 2007.rents from building owner partners are very deliquint.by thousands of thousands of dollars.loves to see other people starve while basking in the florida sun on his boat,and doesnt care about anyone else but himself.
