They do not give your money back for brand new items bought and with reciept in hand. So please make sure if you really have to buy something from them that you are absolutely positive that is what you want. I've seen mom and pop shops come and go. The only real reason he has stayed in business is the simple fact that Goose Creek, SC has not had any competition within its proximity. Now that there is a Lowe's and rumored to have a Home Depot, in Goose Creek, we will see if his company will thrive. I encourage all who read this to take your business to an establishments whom has return policies set in place and in clear view. Not one that can change policies at will. Other establishments that are under same type management is Duncan's Stop and Go gas station/bait and tackle. This has to be my worst customer service issue I have encountered. Also please note that there are other hunting and tackle stores that are interested in expanding to the Charleston area. Everyone has there opinion on this matter, but you know what it does, it forces the smaller shops to have to compete for the business. I believe it would bring a positive change to that market.
