TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE service and poor customer relations. Took my computer in for a solder job on a loose connector and in three repair attempts, they not only DIDN""T fix it, they damaged the hard drive, making it unusuable. They would not replace the drive and wanted to charge me to transfer the information from the ruined drive to another computer, which I had to buy because they had damaged mine! When I complained, they said they had already spent 4 extra hours of labor on my computer, even though those ""extra hours"" were because they didn't do it right three times! Stay far, far away from this place.
