I dine out quite a bit both for pleasure and business so I consider myself to be a good judge when it comes to the overall restaurant experience. My family and I frequently go to the original restaurant Saladang. This was our first visit to the so called sister restaurant. The waitress brought 3 incorrect dishes out. When she brought the first ""screw up"" of the night, I kindly told her that we ordered the chicken dish and not seafood. The waitstaff made a terrible scene and would not take the dish back. I have never been to a restaurant where the customer wasn't right. The management made us keep the dish and pay for it on top of that. Since they realized they were in the wrong, at the end of the meal our waiteress disappeared. I had to ask someone to please give us our bill and then they took the time to ask us if we wanted any coffee or dessert. We did not receive one apology. My family and I are not the kind of people to ever make a scene or cause any sort of inconvenience, but in this case I was pretty furious. I will never step foot in this restaurant again even though the food is decent.
