I spoke to the manager two weeks before planning a bachelorette party to find out what the cover was, if we had to wait in line (all the details you need to plan a bachelorette party). The manager told me that there was no cover and we could come right in if we gave him the name of the party at the door. WRONG. When we arrived at the bar, the manager lied and said he had never talked to us - even though I had called and confirmed one day prior to the party. The manager was incredbly rude and disrespectful and basically called me a liar. It took us almost 40 minutes of arguing before he let us in the door. It's funny because all of the other bars were so professional and accommodating. I would never go back there. Who is the manager to be disrespectful to a paying customer - well should I say 20 paying customers?
