I'm not an expert on wedding dress alterations. However, thanks to the botched job done by this shop, I cried in the shop on more than one occasion. Stains were removed unprofessionally and ruined the finish on the satin in three places. The neckline - previously symmetrical - was now asymmetrical, and was returned dirty where it had been worked on. The side seams on the skirt were set three inches back on either side which - if you can imagine - looked kind of silly. The bustle pins ruined the elegant look of the dress and we were not consulted beforehand about our options. As far as I am concerned, the dress should have been replaced. Avoid at all costs!
