I spoke with an agent by the name of Vera Kopilenko from the Daly City Remax office over the past few days... I can't believe an agent could be so inflammatory to a potential client. She accused me of lying whether I had an agent representing me after she was 2.5 hours late to an appointment. If you are selling your home, this is not the person you want representing you. She will deter many potential clients who are used to working with other individuals with respect and expect the same from their agents. If this agent represents other Remax agents I would not recommend using this firm at all!
