Monk's is appropriately famous for its dizzying beer selection, mulitple mussel choices and hot fries served with addictive dipping mayonnaise. However. Our server seemed overwhelmed with her workload. Water glasses went dry, requests were ignored, and food arrived half-hot, half-warmish and rubbery. The inconsistency of service here is starting to annoy me. The draft Delirium Tremens keeps me wearing a path straight to the bar, past this bitchy server and her helpless, waiting tables.
