The doctor's office staff is rude and takes a very long time to get back to you. Dr. Sumida himself has an ego that is easily offended. While I'd generally overlook these things, I'd have to suggest caution or perhaps another doctor in the area, given that doctors set the tone for their staffs, and this is a doctor who performs surgery on you.
