A small quaint neighborhood stop by the local Cap Hillites. This new coffee/tea shop differs from the other local shops (well known Victrola & Ladro) by having a more bright & clean ambiance. The service is drastically superior to the aforementioned shops, as well as the music (and noise level as a whole). \r

The tea selection is obviously amazing, but that is their flagship product and thus does not deserve a comparison to other local coffee shops. I am an avid coffee drinker & I have tried every store here in Seattle. They cold-brew their coffee (slow overnight process only using cold water), which comes at a slightly higher price ($3 at time of posting) but I will easily pay that price due to its taste. Very smooth and nutty flavor with very low acid.
