Ok, so we went here over the weekend for a fun birthday celebration. Luckily the celebration part was fun, because the food was not so good. The cheese was okay, but the main course was terrible. I didn't fully know what to expect for the entree when going in, and I was a bit taken aback. I understand the concept of cooking my own food, but boiling? Who likes boiled chicken? The tuna was not edible, the chicken was tasteless and the shrimp was only somewhat edible. The dessert was good, I must admit that. During the whole dinner, our waiter seemed to disappear for 20-30 minute intervals. Do you need a refill? Do you need more cheese? How about a little more chocolate since you still have fruit left and nothing to dip it in? NOPE, not a chance. The bill came out with the gratuity already included (expected for a party of 10) but we honestly didn't feel the guy deserved it! Ten minutes, 15 minutes, nearly 20 minutes pass and the waiter still hasn't returned to pick up the money so we finally take it to the manager to finalize. After speaking with the manager about our disappointment, she offers some coupons. We got a good laugh that the coupons were the $10 off that you can get online and they are only good M-Th and cannot be combined with any other offer. Don't think I will be using those coupons - anyone want them??
