I've had several unpleasant visits in this Hickory Hollow Mall Regis. The first time is when I walked in, just wanting a blowout (basically just a style) and I the girl in the front counter looked at me like I was an inconvenience! She asked, ""Is that all you'd want?"" And I did not like her tone at all. Needless to say, I walked right out of there, without hesitation. Who would want to be greeted like that. I didn't even get a hello or a measly smile!

Cons: Staff Service is poor, unknowlegdable
