I arrived to courtesy curb-side service. My computer was carried in for me. I explained my headaches with this machine that I was ready to toss out of an upstairs window. But I left feeling at ease that my computer had more life left to it. I received a call within the hour to give me the good news. I didn't have to shoot it. I was given a very reasonable estimate and I gave my permission to complete the repair. However, if I had said no, there would have been NO CHARGE. WOW!!! Other places wanted to charge as much as $95 just to look at. I would highly recommend Future Now. The staff is friendly and patient. You're welcomed to sit and operate your computer BEFORE you pay and leave the shop. And everything was explained to me in plain english not computer language mumbo jumbo. I don't normally write reviews. As a matter of fact this is my first one. But I've heard so many computer horror stories I thought everyone should no the nightmare for me is over. No more computer headaches.
