I am a mom of three young childern and my family use to eat at Guadalajara's frequently. The last time we went there to eat they refused to seat us because they said our twin boys were too messy and had broken a plate the last time we were there. One of the boys did break a plate (which my husband offered to pay for and left a tip of 25%), but it was an accident. I called the owners that evening and they were very nice on the phone. They said they would look into it and call us back the next day. It has been over a week and they have not called us back. I think it is terrible they would not welcome families into their restuarant. My family ate there a lot and enjoyed the food too. To be treated in this way is terrible! I do not think it is family friendly at all and I would not recommend bringing kids here OR supporting a restaurant that treats people so unfairly.
