Unfortunately, the only non-Direct TV cable service in town, especially if you live in one of the many historical residences in Cincinnati. Customer service by phone and at customer ""care"" centers is horrible--agents aren't empowered to make any decisions, systems aren't linked so you have to repeat your issues over and over again, little to NO follow-up, and no motivation to make things right since there's no cable competition in the area. Make sure to have all bills, proof of payment, and demands ready. Don't be surprised if agents don't respond to logic or reasoning...all they respond to are the prompts they're trained to deliver on their computer screens. Also, be forewarned that they bill 1 month in advance and it can take up to 3 weeks to have a technician come to your place to set things up, change things, or take things away. Finally, if asked to set up cable or other services through Duke when you sign up for new electric service or transfer service, DON'T!!! Their systems don't sync with Time Warner! They'll disconnect your current service and you'll end up paying a reinstallation fee, have to return equipment yourself, and have all the other hassles of setting up new service even though Duke was supposed to take care of it.
Pros: They're the only non-Direct TV cable service in town
Cons: HORRIBLE customer service
