We didn't know exactly what to expect from a ""dining hall"" experience, but boy were we impressed. This small restaurant makes a big impression with high quality food and a terrific team of waitstaff. We had the best mussel soup we have ever had and the dessert of lemon mousse in a cookie cannoli was the perfect ending to the meal. The wine pairings for each course were perfectly balanced. The only part of the meal that wasn't outstanding was the main course which was good, just not great--pork loin wrapped in pork belly. The restaurant is exceptionally loud (the voices of the diners, not the kitchen) so when you go, just be prepared that it isn't a terribly romantic atmosphere. We'll be back.
Pros: Innovative menu, great food, excellent wine
Cons: Loud, really really loud.
