when our limo showed up, it was not the vehicle we ordered, the driver said, ""you can call, but they're closed"". It was a bachlorette party with many stops, at the first stop we told him, this was the shortest stop, to please stay near by, we waited outside 10 mins (after calling him, telling him we were ready), when he finally showed up, he pulled to the far side, so we all had to walk to our limo. This pattern continued with every stop, the driver would not pull around to the front of our locations and he definitely did not enjoy his job. When we got our bill we were over charged $10 per hour for the wrong vehicle. When we contacted the business about the wrong vehicle and level of services the manager said he would not offer a credit and said, ""hope you had fun""
