I took my laptop in to get the power jack repaired since it was not charging. They attached some wires, and poured wood glue or something onto my mother board, and cut up the back of my laptop case. Needless to say, it did not work. They wouldn't warranty the fix (only 2 days later!!) and the lady behind the counter said i had to pay them another $200, and was so rude, I left in tears. NEVER GO HERE.
Pros: close to home
Cons: no warranty, rude, too expensive- Techs work on commission!
