Anyone thinking this place has good sushi doesn't know what good sushi is--period! But then again, how many Utahns would even dare venture forth to, say, New York, or--gasp--San Francisco! The fact that Ichiban gets voted ""best seafood"" is either typical Republican ballot-stuffing or just pure ignorance and wishful thinking on their part; this place wouldn't last a week in any major metropolitan city, and obviously not in Park City, either. Something tells me Ol' Peggy got run outta that town! Perhaps we should do the same--she and her restaurant are an insult to epicurians everywhere!
Pros: One French Sparkler by the glass, a bottle of Italian Prosecco and a Kiwi Savignon Blanc...
Cons: ...but like most restaurants, the rest of the wine list was horrid and all were over-priced.
