After living and eating in Italy for 10 years, there are few places that take me back to the fantastic meals of Bologna, Bovolo being one of them! The pasta, soup and salads are fresh with bold, full-rounded flavor while at the same time maintaining the simplicity of traditional Italian cooking. Love the coo-coo frites that are reminiscent of the ""crescentine"". The place is more life a cafe, it doesn't really have a restaurant feel, but I'll eat great food anywhere!
