Sad is the best way to describe this store. Let's start with the staff. The staffs lack of caring or courtesy is a huge turnoff the moment you walk in the door. I frequently find the cashiers chatting with buddies at the registers looking like the are getting their prison visitation, all sullen faced and depressed. This mood does not improve when I walk in the door and they are forced to do their jobs. Not a single smile to be found anywhere remotely near the entry area.
